A big fireplace warms up the room in Winter, while in good weather tables are set outdoors on a large lawn. Here children are free to run and play under the visual control of their parents. The cuisine is made of simple recipes, but with a special touch that emphasizes the genuine taste of the ingredients. The garden vegetables, the ricotta and the other cheeses produced in-house, the selected meats, the home-made pasta, the cantucci (almond cookies) and the wine biscuits are all products of the farm. The orchard provides fruits for jams used to make delicious tarts. Salami and cheese, pork and lamb meat and all the other farm products are organic.

Open all year round. On Friday, Saturday and Sunday table reservations for lunch are recommended.

Vegetables served in the restaurant are not only those grown in the garden. Many spontaneous herbs like wild asparagus are used in tasty first courses or delicate flans. Milk thistle is used instead of animal rennet to make one of the most special cheeses produced in the farm. Rich selections of cheeses and salami are also served on platters as a main course.
